Mr. Stritch is the President and Founder of The Concord Group, a construction consulting firm specializing in the fields of project management, cost management, real estate advisory services and cost segregation. Mr. Stritch has more than 40 years of construction management experience on projects in excess of $8B, as both a consultant and contractor working in England, Australia and the United States.
Prior to founding The Concord Group in 1996, Mr. Stritch served as the Principal-in-Charge of a Construction Cost Management firm based in Houston, TX and Boston, MA. Additionally, he served as a Senior Project Manager for a National Developer/Contractor and in this capacity he managed the completion of the $90M Boston World Trade Center. Upon relocating to Chicago in 1990, he joined a major national developer as a Construction Executive and managed the construction and design activities for a planned $1B retirement community in South Chicago.
In addition to joining Capital Construction Solutions, LLC Board in 2014, Mr. Stritch is currently a Board Member of the Mobile Care Foundation and the Advisory Council Board for Concern Worldwide. From 2008-2014, Mr. Stritch was a member of the Foundation Board for Norweigan American Hospital and also served for 3 years on the Strategic Planning Committee. Mr. Stritch is also a member of the University Club of Chicago.
